Why Jimbaran Bali

Over the past decade the tourism sector in Indonesia has increased over 75% with Bali being the country’s most popular destination by far. The surge of foreign investment in Bali has enabled savvy investors to profit handsomely by simply holding onto real estate while property values continue to rise significantly. Moreover, due to recent developments in infrastructure multiple opportunities still remain in areas that were previously inaccessible.

Over the last seven years property values have risen by an average of 22% per year with inflation increasing by a moderate 9%. This translates to a minimum 13% gain in value. The potential return on investment in the Bali property sector is still very appealing, and there is no reason to believe that the upward trend won’t continue.

Bali is an exceptional island locale due to its combination of natural beauty, perfect climate, friendly inhabitants and distinctive Balinese culture. Its stunning beaches, mountains, temple complexes, and wide variety of recreational activities have enabled Bali to become Indonesia’s Golden Island.

Story Of Jimbaran

Once considered a “rural backwater” by many, it was primarily known for its local fishing villages and open-air market. Major infrastructure developments in the early 1980’s saw Jimbaran play host to several world-class 5 star beach resorts, in addition to a lesser number of mid-market hotels. With the proliferation of high-end private villas overlooking Jimbaran Bay the entire region has recently been bestowed with signatures such as, “The Beverly Hills of Bali" or "Bali Millionaire's Row".

The bay itself has a lovely white sand beach and is considered very safe for swimming. There are three clusters of fresh seafood restaurants situated directly on the beach side, which are a major tourist draw in the evenings, as are the stunning sunset views.

Jimbaran’s remarkable geographic features allow tourists to enjoy a plethora of outdoor activities, including Surfing, White Water Rafting, Horseback Riding, Elephant Trekking, and Volcano Cycling Tours. The region welcomes tourists and visitors from all parts of the globe who come to sample the true “Balinese experience”.
